What is the name of your state? California
The police have been to my home 6 times this month. Domestic dipute, code 3 (weapons) loud music etc... The police have never filed an incident report. Just their field report for responding to the call. I feel like I'm being harrassed at this point. The calls vary in time from 6:00am to 4:00am. I'm afraid to use the bathroom. I live in a condo. What can I do to make the police put a do not respond on us?

1. Don't fight loud enough that it bothers your neighbors. If you are fighting repeatedly- get in counseling or break up.

2. Do not have weapons in your home which are not legally owned/registered/stored.

3. Do not party or have loud music on past the time outlined in city ordinance. ie; usually 10pm.

4. You cannot do anything to prevent police response, it is their obligation to respond to any/all complaints.
