We've been foreclosed on our house since Sept.20,2005. We no longer live there and haven't since Sept. 2005. my question is this. Last year from the time we filed to winter time or fall time we mowed our yard and kept things up on the outside. This year since it foreclosed in Sept. our lawyer said just keep it up mowing to its finallized. Which we did. Now this year someone has mowed it a few times, I assume its from our mortgage company. Then they just quit. It got very high. Finaly i quess the health dept. came around and had some one mow it, then put a notice on our door and sent us one on where we live now, saying that we should mow it. We no longer have the house, and not allowed to be over there, what are our rights and who do we contact to get them off of our backs? thank you. liledgy.What is the name of your state?
