What is the name of your state?AR
Hi. We filed Chapter 13 nearly 3 years ago. We have not been able to keep up the large payments to our trustee and are now getting further and further behind. We have gotten a notice that the payments have gone up to make up for the missed ones. My husband's work is so unsteady. I just give up.

I assume the case will be dismissed but will we get any warning as to a foreclosure on our home once the case is dismissed?

Once the case is dismissed, the lender is released from the automatic stay and may begin foreclosue proceedings. They must follow state law as regards to notices, etc.
