Someone has used my husband's name, address and apparently his SS# and date of birth to make a 1-900 sex call from their own phone.

We've been billed $109 for the call, even though their (Tele-Media Group, Inc.) records state the call was made from someone else's phone. We've been back and forth with them for 4 years - getting the Broome County Sheriff's dept (New York State) involved. They weren't much help.

The caller denies making the call. Now Tele-Media Group is threatening to send a collection agency after us.

Do we have any recourse, besides just paying them?
