my son has been accused of sexually molesting his half sister. His half sister is 6 and he is 14. The six year old has been questioned by a counsleor but my son has not. The day after the six year had talked to a counselor my son was pulled out of class by the State Police and the Child Protective Service and questioned. The first time I was notified and was allowed to be there because the school called me. The second time they talked to him they did not even notify the principal or assistant principal that they were there. They pulled him out of class and questioned him without an adult present. When I spoke to the social worker she told me she could go to school and talk to my son and not let me know that she had been there. The school system themselves have a rule in place that anytime a student is pulled out of the class by the police or social services that the parents are to be called. What can I do to make sure that they do not pull my son out of class without me knowing?
