I have just been served a notice that my delinquent credit card is resulting in a possible judgment against me. My question is: What happens if judgment is entered??? Can they put a lien on joint property in Pennsylvania??? I am not emoloyed. I live by taking care of a family and all elderly parents.
Thank you very much. ( Any advice is welcome.)
