Hello
I had a headlight for sale that was off a 04-05 model Subaru car; I included lots of pictures in great quality so he knew what he was getting. The buyer asked me is it of a 2005, since it is for a 04-05 i replayed "yes". Well now the buyer is taking me to small clams court saying that it is off a 2004 model and not a 2005 b/c they are a lil darker in color inside. Does he have a case agents me? He is threatening me with layer fees and court cost if i loss.

P.S. This deal went on a car forum. I live in PA and the person who is suing lives in NY. And for more info the headlights were sold to me as 2005.

Thanks

Well, sounds like your ARE being sued for a reason.

How do you know the carlight was a 2005? Did you purchase it used? Direct from the manufactoring company? Do you have a receipt?

well, he asked if it was for a 05 and you said yes. It isn't for a 05 so you misrepresented the light as an 05 light. Regardless of it being represented to you as such, it is not what you specifically stated it was.

give him his money back.
