i am from Massachusetts and i have joint legal custody. My ex keeps saying that i am behind in my child support payments which i am not according to the Department of Revenue. I would like to know if he has a right to take me to court for faulse statements. And if he does and if it is found that i am current in my payments can i go after lawyer fees?? Also i have documents stating that i have paid up to date.

If you are up to date and he take you to court anyway, then you can ask, and will probably get your legal fees paid for.
