If they are aware of the outstanding warrant in the other county, they will take youinto custody on the warrant. There is no guarantee they will be aware of the warrant as if youare not currently in custody, it is unlikely they will run a new rap sheet before you appear or that the other county will know that you will be in court that day. You should, however, be prepared to get taken into custody just in case. Maybe find soem other way to get to the court than driving yourself, take care of your personal affairs (rent, etc.) beforehand - just in case.
