My husband has life insurance through his work. I am a primary beneficiary on this policy along with his 2 children from his previous marriage. I will get 50% and his children are each set up to get 25%. He also has his 2 children set up as his secondary beneficiaries where they both get 50%.

I recently lost my job and so I no longer have any life insurance on me. I also have a daughter from a previous marriage.

My question is if my husband and I both die at the same time will all the money from his policy automatically go to both of his children and my child be left out or will she get my portion?
