divorced in feb,1999 i was granted 50% interests of our 2 homes in the state of florida. she moved to the state of pennsylvania there after. on feb 2, 2001 she passed away. my questions are:

1)who is intitled to her 50%?
2)Iam i responsible for the mortgage on the 2nd home.

My response:

These questions are no longer "Family Law" questions per se, even though it started that way prior to her death. Your questions are now "Estate" law questions. Please post your questions to that Board.
