My father passed away 3 years ago, and my mother passed away in January. When my father died, his will left everything to my mother. When my mother died, her will left everything to me and my 5 siblings, to be divided equally. My mom's total estate is about $120,000. I am concerned that my brother (who was POA for my Mom after my Dad passed away) and my sister (who is executrix for my mothers estate) have not handled my parents finances properly. What paperwork / banking statements am I entitled to see before the assets from my mother's estate are distributed? Am I entitled to see monthly banking statements, copies of deposits, checks / withdrawals from my parents accounts over the past 3 years?

You'll have to hire an attorney to look into the matter of POA fiduciary abuse as you have no authorization to make POA show you paperwork/bank statements. If your parents required expensive medical care (i.e. nursing home, private duty at home), that costs a lot of money.
