What is the name of your state? Maryland
I am dealing with a group life insurance policy with no bebeficiary named. The wife of the person who has the policy died 3 days after the policy holder. Does the estate of the deceased wife have a claim to the policy, or does it proceeded onto the children of the deceased policy holder?
Thanks!

Your post is confusing because we can't look at the actual policy.

Most likely the money goes to the estate of the wife if she was the life on whom the purchase of the policy was based. If you have any doubts, the insurance company can answer your question. You need to tell the executor of the wife's estate about this.
