What is the name of your state? FLorida

I am currently working 32+ Hours in my company, but to them, I'm still considered a part time employee. I was told that the amount of hours I work, legally is not part time. My company offers Insurance benfits. What i want to know if it's true that by law i should be eligible for health benefits?

No, it is not. I don't know where this got started, because it's been coming up quite a lot recently, but no law in any state except possibly Hawaii requires that employers offer health benefits at any particular number of hours. It is ENTIRELY up to the employer whether to offer health benefits at 20 hours, 24 hours, 30 hours, 32 hours, 35 hours, 40 hours, or at all.
