What is the name of your state? PA
I wanted to know if we could pay an employee for out of pocket expenses incurred by his spouse for adding him onto her benefits. Can we just do a A/P entry? We would like to avoid paying taxes on the "fringe benefit". Any advice you can lend would be very helpful.
Thanks.

You totally lost me. What "out of pocket" expenses are you referring to? The additional premium the employee will pay for adding his wife to his health insurance coverage?
