What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?
In PA and/or MD, can I legally offer bereavement support without being a certified counselor or therapist? If so, what CAN I call myself? What liability issues does someone without any credentials in this field face? What happens in cases where people receive readings from mediums and/or psychics without any degrees or credentials? If I have a degree on education, for example, could I legallly offer bereavement support CLASSES?
Or do I even need a teaching certification and/or a degree to teach free-lance?
(Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong category...there doesn't seem to be a category covering certification, credentials, etc.)
