Took monitor in for repair ..they sent back a totaly different one...they say its a new better one ..but did not get a box or any papers to prove this....they are giveing me the run around....no where in the 4 year performance plan does it say limited..Plan has 2 parts where it says COMPLETE PARTS andLABOR COVERAGE NO additional or hidden costs..if it can't be repaired,we will replace it with a merchandise credit for the original purchase price toward a similar type product.....well my monitor coulden't be repaired at all...so they sent a different one in its place...we had no notice of this...we were told it was going to be fixed not replaced....so for now were stuck with a different one..we dont know if its equal to our other one or not....they wont honor our plan...there is no part in the plan that has well replace it with a rebuilt one and not tell you....i can email thie plan so you can read the front and back of it....and the repair papers.....I know it would be cheaper to buy a new monitor instead of fileing in claims court but its the point of it all...thanks for any help or advice that you can tell me...
