What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Colorado

So a 19 year old got a DUI/DWAI charge filed against him after he drank and drove on New Years Eve, turned 20 before court, he plead guilty to the DWAI in April and did not receive jail time, and after the case was transferred counties, began probation through RMOMS, a private company.
He got legal advice and started Level II education well before the trial and finished all the classes and community service required in September. His lawyer filed for a move to unsupervised probation with the DA's consent in October, but a new DA was in place and the application got unsupervised probation got lost. The move ended up getting filed without consent but passed in early November.
Currently he is on unsupervised probation, and he received an underage consumption ticket in December, while on unsupervised probation. does he have to report this to his RMOMS probation officer?
the DA?
or does he just have to complete the stipulations of the underage consumption ticket and his unsupervised probation will be extended the extra year according to the ticket?
What are likely legal consequences of the ticket?
The ticket occurred in a different county, does that affect any procedure?

Depends on how backed up the system is with paperwork to tell you if it will catch up. Best thing to do is tell the ada about the ticket and beg for forgiveness, it's better than taking a risk and the ada finding out on there own.
