What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oklahoma

A family member of mine was arrested for DUI, went to court, was fined and ordered to do community service. The fine has been paid however he neglected to do any of his community service and had a warrant issued in April of 2014. My question is what is his best avenue to taking care of this and what will be the consequences for not completing any of the community service hours.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your family member should have an attorney help him turn himself in before he is picked up on the warrant. He will want the attorney because he can be jailed when he turns himself in and may not have a chance to contact an attorney for awhile.

The failure to complete all terms of his probation means that his original sentence can be imposed.
