Beware of Companh

If I post a flyer of Beware in my local stores regarding a General Contractor that I signed a contract with to remodel two bathroom. Can he sue me if all fact a true in the flyer. He took my money and never provided service. And why will no attorney take my case regarding this compnay. Is it because it is only $4200 involved.

MY RESPONSE: Don't do this - - not unless you have a boatload of money to spend on your defense and eventual damages.


And why will no attorney take my case regarding this compnay. Is it because it is only $4200 involved.

MY RESPONSE: That's right. It's a Small Claims court matter. Remember what Doug Llewellen used to say in the old People Court show, at the end ? "Don't take the law into your own hands; you take 'em to court."
