I owe over $200,000 on my credit cards. I was convinced to borrow from my credit cards (both cash and equipment purchases) to start a business which went belly up in 2 months. There is no way I will ever be able to repay this debt. I am also worried that I may be imprisoned. Is there any chance of that? And is there anything I can possibly do to better my situation?

Talk to a BK attorney right away. What makes you feel that you may go to prison? Did you commit any criminal act? The inability to pay bills is not criminal.
