What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California
the judge granted me bifurcation for my marital status, while I'm fighting with the ex about other issues, but I'm uncertain which forms to file. I know I need the FL-347, but do I attach that to the FL-180 or to the FL-340 and file the FL-180 separately? Do I need the FL-340 at all or would the 180 be all that I would need?
Thank you.
