My daughter is ten years old. We came home today on Christmas Eve to find a message on our machine from a fourteen year old boy who is a brother of a classmate of hers. She has never met him but he left a very rude and explicit sexual message towards her. We have saved it for proof. Is there anything legally we can do at this point?

Generally, a single instance is not enough to provide you with legal relief.

I agree.

Also as Stealth2 stated get the other parents involved.

If it were me they would be hearing the tape message their sweet son made. How stupid was he to leave a message on a machine.
