i was married in texas in 1987,moved back to virginia in 1988 and lived there till present.my husband and i lived together in the state of va for 13 years as husband and wife at least i thought.now that he has decided that he wants another woman he says that when he married me he was still married to his first wife.well i know this is bigamy but is it all so a crime i mean can i charge him with bigamy.see he came up with this because he has a 401k plan and doesnt want me to have any of it.well i dont care about that but i also think that anyone who lives a lie for 14 years should have to pay for that in some way for all the pain and suffering he has caused me and my family.
