What is the name of your state? Colorado

Hi. I'm just about to file ch. 7 and I still get calls from bill collectors. They always say that once they file a judgement, I can no longer file bankruptcy against that claim. How true is that?

if it's a dischargeable debt it doesn't matter if it's a judgement or not, it's most likely gonna get discharged.

DON'T LISTEN TO BILL COLLECTORS, THEY'RE THE ENEMY!!!!!!!!

Oh yeah.. collectors come up with some truly WILD LIES to tell a debtor !! Its amazing .. if noses grew with lies, these people wouldn't be able to move their noses would be MILES long !!

Can't file BK against a claim thats gone to judgment.. what a CROCK !!!! It happens every DAY and the judgments are vacated after the discharge and the lying CA gets SQUAT !!!
