Missouri, I have two debts that show on my credit report as new activity "in collections" (ie. reported in the last three months). Both debts were included in my bankruptcy that has been discharged. I sent both collection agencies a letter and a copy of the Bankruptcy discharge. What can I do to make them correct my credit report?

You'll have to write to the Credit Reporting Agencies, all three, dispute the entries, and provide your proof. The collection agencies are in violation of the law if they reported the debts after the bankruptcy was discharged. Sometimes though, the CRA's are just way behind.
