Would I have grounds for a lawsuit (against Denver County) for violation of Article VI Bill of rights. I had retained an
attorney to defend me in a Restraining order
complaint. He was unable to attend the hearing due to other obligations on that day.
He asked me to ask for continuance on the case. I did, but not only did the RO go permanent, I was not allowed continuance,
my Attorney, witnesses or anything.
