My Name is Lisa Baker I am from Texas.

I recently paid for some baby furniture from a small company who sells them at whole sale.

I paid for the funiture with cash, because they said it would be cheaper that way. I purchased a crib and a dresser/changing table, and a baby bedding set. I had not picked out the colors of the bedding yet, so they were to wait until I returned to the store to pick out the colors. In that deal was to be included a changing pad, and a mattress.

When I went to pick it up they said that it wasn't in yet, and that my bedding was ready. I told them that I had not even picked out a color yet, and they said it was already made, and that I had to take it. I told them no. and had them scratch that from the bill. Then they told me that the mattress and changing pad was not part of the deal, that someone had told me wrong. So I said fine, and purchased the mattress and changer pad.

It has now been four weeks and they said my furniture is in, but that I owe more money because they had given me a discount from the bedding that I had cancled. That it was not applicable since I cancled out on the bedding set. But I have a bill of sale that says paid in full. I also paid in cash because they said that it would cost 3-5% more if I used check or credit card.

I just need advice on what to do, and what my options are. Do I even have a case? I am really angry now. because I was supposed to have this a month ago. And they wouldn't give my money back. Now that I have threatend to take them to court they say that I can have it back, but it will take longer to order it from somewhere else. I will have the baby before then.
Please help.
