Regaurding two seperate issues. Issue one my son was taken
to emergency room insurance required no authorization (allegedly) ER doctor coded diagnosis wrong. Ins co. denied claim and several appeal letters were sent (no reply )
Hospital sends bill 1yr later requiring pmt. Are we obligated to pay? Issue 2 same sinerio I went for physical therapy. 2yrs later to the date I recieve a bill
from hospital. with no prior contact made for atleast a 1 1/2 yrs am I obligated to pay? Please reply soon
