*Urgent* Bio-Father is Causing Daughter Emotional Distress

My wife and I have a big problem. This is occuring in Alabama.

Our daughter's(my stepdaughter)donor has not tried to see her until he found out that my wife and I were getting married. He then proceeded to call my mother-in-law to try to visit my daughter. My wife and I tried to comply by being home when he said that he would come by to visit, but he would never come by nor call to cancel. After doing this consistantly, my wife decided to put him on child support (daughter was 4 years old at the time) to get him to either leave us alone or to be serious about his "desire to visit". He applied for visitation in response to the order.

The judge ordered visitation for every other weekend for my daughter to spend with him (10-6 Sat&Sun). My daughter cries and screams like i have never seen a child cry and scream before!!! This happens everytime we have to drop her off at the meeting place. After this began, her behavior has started to change drastically. She no longer listens to anyone and she is constantly scared. She has withdrawn from the people she used to love the most. Being concerned about her behavior, we asked our lawyer to file a motion to review the visitation order. The judge not only changed it so now that we have to drop her off at his house and he only has to bring her back halfway, my wife has to take a PARENTING class and the judge also ordered my wife to tell my daughter to stop calling me Daddy!!!! What can we do????
