i am a work-at-home mom who does nothing but work and take care of my three-year-old son. i am in a no win marraige that dissolved years ago. i have been begging him for a divorce for a year now, but he refuses (i think its because he doesn't have to work. i support the family). how do i get out without his permission?

You forgot to include your state in your post.

You don't need his permission or agreement to be awarded a divorce. If that's what you want, see an attorney and file for one.
