What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
If there is a group of up to 50 persons who have had their bankruptcy cases administered by the same trustee and subsequent to their discharge find out that the trustee may have committed illegal actions such as making non disclosed kickback agreements with other professionals used to administer the case. is there anything they could do as a group? These actions by the trustee resulted in the debtors losing their residences in many cases as the deciding factor for the trustee was how much extra he was going to receive as opposed to what was legally required. Would there be any liability on the part of the federal government as the administrator of the bankruptcy act?
