Question about creditors. If you have more than one account with a creditor should all of the accounts be listed or do you just list that creditor as a whole?
How does that effect your bk13 discharge as a whole if that creditor did not file a claim for one particular account, but did file for all other accounts? I had multiple accounts with one creditor and that creditor was listed in bk13. That creditor did not file a claim for an item that was surrendered to them and now I have an outstanding balance wtih that creditor. All other secured accounts with the creditor have been paid in full. My bk13 will be discharged in a couple of weeks. Will a discharge clear me of that creditor if they did not file a claim on that account? I spoke with my case administrator and was not able to give any information pertaining to a specific account only that the creditor was listed in bk13. Again, can you tell me if the discharge will cover all accounts with that creditor?

Your infomation will be greatly appreciated.
Have a nice day!

List EVERY account, even if it's with the same creditor.

No proof of claim = no payments thru the Ch 13 plan. The debt will be discharged in it's entirety.

No, you don't. If they filed no proof of claim for that debt, then the debt will be discharged at the end of your Ch 13.
