What is the name of your state? California (San Bernardino County)

I just recieved a letter in the mail from the US BK Court giving us a "Notice of Chapter 7 Case Closed Without Discarge". Apparently the Form 23 - Debt Instructional Course was not complted. This is sadly true, I didn't realize we forgot till this letter. I called the courts to ask what to do. They stated that a Motion to Re-Open case would need to be filed along with another big chunk of cash, all parties would need to be notified and hearing date set.

Can anyone assist me with info on how to do this... I read my BK self help book but it has no info on how to reopen the case and what steps are needed. Anyone know how?

You might want to contact a bankruptcy attorney to help you so that the bk is reopened correctly & nothing is forgotten this time.
