What is the name of your state? AZ

A long story made short. Many years ago I had some risky pictures taken of me by an ex fiance. Fast forward 5 years, I sent these pictures to a male friend as a joke but I had airbrushed them so you couldn't see anything. An ex girlfriend of his got into his house and took these off his computer. In the meantime, she also obtained the original un-airbrushed versions from my ex fiancee. I do believe she has sent these out over the internet and is threatening to send them out to more people. I don't think there is a thing I can do about the pictures that I sent to my ex fiancee as they became his property once I sent them. However, the set I sent to a friend were taken off his computer without his knowledge. Would an order of harassment prevent her from sending them out? Also, she is posting my full name on the internet in her blogs and messages. I have a very unusual last name which I dont care for it to be spread across the internet. Is there anything I can do? I have not asked her to cease this behavior as I don't want any contact with her.

No... because there is no such thing.

You can file for an injunction and see if a court will grant it. However, your post doesn't say where she is in relation to where you are... so we don't know if it would be a local court or not.

I have not asked her to cease this behavior as I don't want any contact with her.
Why not?? That is the FIRST thing you should do... and do it in WRITING, mailed certified RRR.

I am also going to say that I find your claim of discovery of the original pictures by this person FIVE YEARS after the fact somewhat unbelievable. Simply too unlikely a co-incidence.

I'ts VERY likely. I met him on line 10 years ago in a chat room. 10 years later he is in the same chat room meeting other people who knew me. This woman just so happen to know people who knew of me...including my ex fiancee. He still had the pictures and sent them to her.
