I have a good friend who lives in Minnessota who is a victim of defamation. Below is the website that is in violation of libel.

http://www.anthonypierpont.com

What can be done? What approaches do we have? Is there a government online crime reporting site? I have done a whois on the owner and they are using registerfly/protectfly. What is the quickest way to get this site shut down ? Any way of finding out whi is doing it?I am hoping to help him resolve this matter because of the stress I know that it is putting on my dear friend.

Thank you, :)

Write the hosting company, ThePlanet.com Internet Services, Inc., at [email protected]. Ask them to review the site and see if it is in violation of their terms of service. Their TOS should be listed somewhere on their homepage as well.
