Girlfriend of mine had her debt card and cash stolen out of purse by two girls that claimed to be her friends. She is getting them busted and pressing charges. She is still however still pissed and hurt. She wrote a blog about the events but has not mentioned names. But would like too. She would like to post a picture (of them 3 hanging out at the bar before this) and there names to warn others and for a little payback. Can she get in trouble for doing this? Thanks for any help.:D

Your girlfriend would be wise to refrain from posting anything about these girls on her blog. Truth may be a defense to defamation, but it does not prevent the girls from suing in the first place, and it does not prevent an invasion of privacy suit against your girlfriend.

Lawsuits are not only expensive to bring, they are expensive to defend against. She would be stupid to put herself in the position of being sued. Let the courts handle the theft and forget the defamatory blog.
