What is the name of your state? IL

My former attorney filed a bogus lien against me the day after he withdrew. He completely mishandled my case. I filed a complaint with the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commisson.

In the lien the attorney claims to have expended some 30 hours of work.
At no time did I sign a contract for legal representation, a retainer, contingency agreement, or any other sort of contract. I also did not verbally authorize.

How do I handle this bogus lien? What is the law on this. I it true that filing a bogus lien is a felony in some states? Is Il one of them?
Can I sue for harassment? Fraud?
