Bogus Domestic Violence Charge

los angeles county laws my husband has a mental condition and refuses treatment when he starts acting up we call for the paramedics so they can place him on a hold but the police always show up the last time he started breaking things and I tried to stop him and I was knocked down and hurt. he was gone by the time the paramedics came he always takes off this has happened a few times now a month later the da contacted me about the charges he said. that I put on him I told him the story and he doesn't beleive me he thinks I'm trying to get him off the hook and if he drops it he says he'll put charges on me for false statements I don't understand I have his medical reports and proof that he is ill can some one please help me.

temporary ex-parte restraining order

north dakota, my boyfriend is a police officer and a verbal and mental abusive one he had kicked me and my 3 three children out of the home, i am also 5 months pregnant, i followed all the right procedures with domestic violence, but someone in the system tipped him off when we went to get my protection order heard he had already went to the courts and received a restraining order on me, now me and my children cannot retreive any of our personal belongings, and this is for a month.
