What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Louisiana
I live and pay payments on a house financed under a Bond for Deed contract. I would like to move out and rent it. I only have one line in contract that concerns me about whether I can do this. The clause is: VENDEE shall not alienate, sell, convey, mortgage, assign, pledge or hypothecate, in whole or in part his rights hereunder without the written consent of VENDOR. I don't feel renting it will do any of this, am I correct?? ThanksWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
