Ga is my state. I received a bonus today (Friday) for goals met last year. The bank has a 10 day hold on the check. If I turn in my notice on Monday can they stop payment on the check? The bonus agreement says you are to be employed when the check is given.

Could they? Sure. Since you met the terms of the bonus policy by being employed as of the day the bonuses were given out, that seems unlikely but anything's possible.
