What is the name of your state? Texas
I am in the process of writing a book about relationships. I would like to interview people on their personal life and relationships as a form of research for the book. I do not intend to use their names, but I may describe some of their experiences in the book.
Do I need written permission to use the information they've given me in the interview even if I do not use their name? And, am I subject to being sued if someone thinks I've used their personal story but did not provide them compensation or royalties?
