I was trying to figure out why there might be talk of defamation. It appears it is only humiliation that drives the threat to sue.

I agree with what Shadowbunny wrote earlier.
thank you guys so much I was so worried now I just have to worry about my job I'm in Texas right to work state I live in New Mexico drive across the border so it depends on what she says whether I'll keep my job we've got a problem lady at work that loves drama so God knows what'll happen but I really appreciate it I'll find out Monday

I am not seeing any clear reason why you would be terminated from your job, based strictly on what you have said here.

I checked out the laws on Texas booking photos and they are similar to those in New Mexico.

As a note, several states (including Texas) have introduced legislation to prohibit booking photos from being published online (for commercial gain, on privacy grounds ...). Texas failed to pass the bills that were introduced.
