I think that I need to go to small claims court to recover damages resulting from a botched installation job that a company is refusing to fix. I bought a product from a company. The company then hired a contractor to do installation. This contractor Hired a worker who botched the job and caused damage to my Home. I am not only stuck paying for the installation but with the cost of fixing the additional damage done. Since there are multiple parties involved, who do I name as a defendant in he complaint? Everyone?
