bought mobile home on contract as is

We bought a mobile home in Jan. 2017. Just found out that its so infested with bed bugs that exterminator cant get rid of them. the seller wasnt aware of problem and was going to pay
the exterminator. now its unlivable and we have no where to live. what can be done about this?

If you purchased it "as is" with a defect the seller didn't know about (and conceal) then you're screwed. The offer to provide an exterminator was more than they needed to do for you.
