Last time I sold something on Ebay to someone in Europe, it took over 2 months to get to the buyer. With heightened security everywhere now days and the type of shipping used, it could take a lot more time than you think. One month is a very short time when it comes to international shipping.

Your ebay seller is responding from a different planet --- or they're posturing themselves to take your money, not ship anything and make you look bad. I would sit the time out to see if the item does arrive. The last time I had something shipped from the UK, it took months too. Hopefully, it will straighten itself out...
