mississippi:i purchased property that was foreclosed
due to default of a loan,in an attempt to obtain a
clear title i learned the property originally belonged
to an elderly incompetent lady.Her daughter admits asuming
power of attorney and forging the elderly lady's signature on the deed.I invested $25,000 in this property,where do I stand if this has to go to court.I do want the property.
