i was forced to get boundary survey which proved neighbor's fence is on my land. neighbor (he owns insurance agency in town) still wont move; says he will get a "real" survey. had to hire lawyer to get him off my land but appt not until 6/18

neighbor threw fit fri night because we moved his fence to get it off my deck (leaning on my house/deck) he moved fence back, threw my compost pile all over my deck, and removed the stakes the license surveyor had put in he was not arrested, he was warned

i would really like to move the fence (preferably to dump but will settle for off my property). under the circumstances, cant i move it? think he could have any legal recourse?
