Do I understand you correctly? You want an attorney to work for free so you can "surprise" your wife with the divorce? Don't see an attorney going for that...Pretty extensive list thanks!!
Do you know if the local court offers free representation? Or at least legal advice or maybe guidance on how to file?
Looking to file for divorce against my wife "Delaine" and just looking for some guidance on to go about it. "Delaine" and I are still living together and she doesn't know I want to file quite yet so I can't retain a lawyer as she will see the funds being used.
The local court doesn't grant free representation for divorces. Not in Ohio. They may have a clinic. You will need to go to sconet.state.oh.us --- click on Domestic Relations forms on the right hand side... fill out those affidavits -- that is a start.Pretty extensive list thanks!!

Bowling Green, OHIsn't he in Kentucky? Not sure if they do free legal divorces here, but I believe there is a free help clinic which can walk people through NON CONTESTED divorces. Not sure a surprise divorce would count. (and what a horrible way to go about it, btw)
