breach of contract and jurisdiction

A Mississippi casino sent us an offer in the mail of free lodging and meals to our Ohio home. We called by phone from our Ohio home and accepted the offer. However, they reneged on the meals. Since the receipt of the contract offer and our acceptance was in Ohio, should I file in Ohio Small Claims court or Mississippi where the breach of contract occurred? Am I entitled to transporation costs also?
